Claude Usage Tracker reads Claude usage data from your signed-in session inside your browser to display your plan limits, reset times, usage-credit balance and spending, and a private history of your Claude activity. We designed the extension to work without a developer-operated analytics server.
Information stored on your device
Your usage-activity history (how much of each limit you have used over time), appearance preferences, and licensing state are stored locally through Chrome extension storage. This information is not sent to the developer.
Usage-credit and spending data
When your Claude account exposes usage credits, the extension reads your credit balance and monthly spend to display them next to your limits. This financial information is shown to you in the panel and is processed only on your device—it is not transmitted to the developer or any third party.
Lemon Squeezy licensing
When you activate Pro, the extension sends your license key, a device-instance name, and the assigned instance ID to Lemon Squeezy for activation, validation, or deactivation. Lemon Squeezy handles this information under its own privacy terms. Payment details never pass through the extension.
Information we do not collect
We do not read your conversations, prompts, responses, or attachments, and we do not collect passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details, or general browsing history. The extension only runs on Claude domains and contacts Lemon Squeezy for licensing. Usage information is processed only to display your limits and private analytics—it is never sent to the developer, advertisers, or analytics providers.
Deleting data
You can erase local usage analytics from the Analytics screen. Deactivating Pro removes the cached license after releasing the device activation. Removing the extension removes its Chrome extension storage.
Limited Use
The use of information received from browser APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide the extension’s user-facing features.
