Refund Policy

Claude Usage Tracker Pro is sold as a one-time digital purchase through Lemon Squeezy.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if Pro cannot be activated or a premium feature does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.

Before requesting a refund

Contact support with your order email, the issue you encountered, and your extension version. Do not send payment-card details or your full license key.

Not normally refundable

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after successful activation and material use, lost access caused by sharing a license key, or incompatibility caused by unsupported browsers.
